Our instructor
Nancy Vandervelde, RN is a Certified Kripalu Instructor and registered Yoga
Alliance teacher with more than 400 credentialed training hours. It is her goal
to make yoga accessible to everyone, providing a safe and enjoyable experience
for every body. Attention is focused on the breath and body sensations, rather
than competition or perfection.
