Private Pilates Sessions

A private session is working with a certified pilates trainer one on one with mat exercise, and the pilates equipment
(Cadillac, reformer, chair, barrel). Private sessions allow an integrated approach that is customized for individual goals, body types, and special needs (i.e. back pain, knee pain, tight hamstrings, neck problems)

1 Hour private session = $55.00
Package of 5 privates = $250.00 ($50)
Package of 10 = $480.00 ($48)
Package of 20 = $900.00 ($45)

Reformer and Tower Classes (3 - 4 people by appt.)

These classes are working with a certified trainer on specific Pilates equipment. You will be teamed up with people of similar skills.

1 Hour session = $10.00 or 1 punch on your pass card

All packages must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.

No refund on unused portion of any packages or session passes.
