Our approach to skin care is holistic. For us, skin care is more than just treating the physical. SERIES OF TREATMENTS
Regular treatments are recommended for best results. A series of treatments on any service is offered to you at a substantial savings. All series must be prepaid in a single payment. Series are valid for one year and are non-refundable.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for all occasions. Your gift certificate is valid for six months from the date of purchase. If for any reason you cannot redeem your gift certificate during this time, there will be a 20% charge to renew it for an additional six months. Gift certificates are not valid after one year, as we do not keep records after such time. No refund can be made on unused services.

SCHEDULING CONSIDERATIONS & CA N C E L LATION POLICY
With today’s busy lifestyles, we attempt to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your scheduling needs. Some days we may even fit you in the same day as there may be a cancellation or break in our day. But it’s always best to schedule ahead. For larger groups, we suggest at least one month in advance. If you must cancel or change an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

When booking multiple services or groups of 3 or more, you will be asked to secure the appointments with a credit card. If you must cancel or change appointments, please do so at least one week in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
